About the Penthouse
The Reef 5 Penthouse is located in Blue Bay Beach & Golf Resort, a safe and green oasis of peace in one of the most beautiful places on the island. A place where guests can enjoy the finer things in life, whether it’s relaxing in the tropical pool, playing golf, exploring the coral reef while diving or drinking cocktails on the beautiful Blue Bay beach, just 500 meters away with all the facilities. Or on your private terrace of 30 m2 with unique sea views
The space
For The Reef 1.5 Penthouse we have made a careful selection of materials without compromise resulting in a modern, fresh and contemporary interior. The main interior elements are imported from Europe. We added a tropical touch with a high roof, hardwood doors and a spacious veranda/terrace with a nice breeze for cooling.
The penthouse has two bedrooms each with their own spacious bathroom/furniture/toilet equipped with hand and bath towels. From the 2 shutter windows you have a beautiful view over the golf course.
Both bedrooms have linen, ample closet space and air conditioning unit. A separate guest toilet is provided. As well as an iron, ironing board, washing machine and other useful household items in the utility room. The open, fully equipped kitchen with cooking island and dining table has a stove, microwave/oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee/Nespresso for lovers, blender and a kettle.
The entire apartment is air-conditioned and has WiFi everywhere. Electricity is 220 volts.
The living room has a sitting area with a smart flat screen TV and more than 50 international channels.
The extra space, light and beautiful views of the ocean comes from the sliding doors that give access to the 30 m2 corner terrace.
At the lounge seating area and separate dining table, you can relax with your favourite drinks.
In the evening, the lights give a romantic setting.
The tropical oasis/pool with sun terrace and sunbeds is just meters away.
Guest access
All spaces listed are accessible to guests. It is a penthouse, where only the guests stay
Other things to note
The Penthouse has 220 V( European) and there are few adopters available for 110V(US).
Wifi password is ready for guests.
For car rental we use to team with a partner on Blue Bay with free pick up services from/to Airport.
Please don’t forget to bring your swimwear and suncream.
For questions, please contact us for any questions you may have.
Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will get back 50%. Otherwise they do not get a refund. We advise you to book a travel policy.
Prepayment is 20% from the rent. Final payment 3 weeks before arrival.
Other terms:
The prices are the basic rate for 2 persons. There is a surcharge of 15 usd pp from 2 persons.
The prices include 0.5 m3 water and 25 kWh electricity per day with normal consumption. Excessive consumption will be charged.
Additional fees per stay:
1. Final cleaning fee 120 $
2. Tourist tax 7%
3. Service charges 65 $
Sun beds at the oasis / pool are free, as is access to the Blue Bay beach with sun beds.
Linens, towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, toilet and hand gel are all provided.
Payments:
By banktransfer ING, Paypal or cash.
● The minimum stay is 5 nights.
● Arrival time is from 15.00 pm
● Departure time at 11.00 am
● If no new guests arrive on the day of your departure, it is possible to stay longer without costs

* Tourist tips available in information folder.
* Personal check in and out, and a key locker is always available.
